Security Secure Gateway
Our Polly Online eCommerce system uses a secure transaction environment. We use the latest Secure Sockets Technology (SSL) available to ensure your information is safe and secure at all times. SSL is an industry standard which is used by all the major eCommerce sites on the Internet. It works by encrypting your information which you enter in on our web pages which prevents the information being intercepted by an unauthorised party.
Furthermore for all Credit Card Transactions we use the Secure Pay Payment Gateway and all data is transmitted directly between your machine and the NAB. Therefore we do not store any payment details in our database.


Privacy Policy
Every time we collect, hold and use your personal information, we are regulated by the National Privacy Principles contained within the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Polly Online will not obtain or use any information you provide in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business. If you recieve any promotional
Material or offers and you do not wish to receive it again please notify us, we will cease sending any further promotional material.

As part of the process of holding your personal information we only allow access on a need to know basis. In accordance with the privacy act we give you access to your own personal information we hold and you can correct any misinformation except where it would be inappropriate or exempted by law.
Ordering
When ordering using our Web site all information being entered by you is secure. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Unlike when you give credit card details over the phone, our on line system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest encryption standard.
Online Delivery Policy
We Offer FREE delivery for all Handbag Full Price Orders. For Shoe online orders; they are also FREE if over $150. Orders can be combined to achieve the FREE Delivery
We do not deliver outside of Australia.
All orders are delivered via registered Australia Post and therefore we recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. If no one is available to accept delivery,
a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. We do deliver to P.O. Boxes. Standard delivery time is between 5-10 working days. Sorry we do not offer C.O.D’s. If your order appears incomplete or damaged in transit we would ask you to contact us immediately at enquiries@pollyshoes.com.au
Online Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of the unworn merchandise within 30 days of the order date. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. For exchange of size, colour or style, please note your request on the Packing Slip which arrives with your goods and send it to Polly Shoes; Shop 6 Norwich Plaza, Bridge Mall Ballarat, Victoria, 3350. Normal delivery fee applies to re-sent goods. Please note POLLY retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online.
To return merchandise for a refund, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Faulty Returns Policy
We will refund on a manufacturing fault or replace the item in accordance with the relevant legislation, however we reserve the right to repair or replace where applicable and goods may require assessment. For returns of all Faulty items please email the Company for directions on enquiries@pollyshoes.com.au Please do not send without this contact as you may responsible for costs of return if the item is not deemed as faulty.
Stock Policy
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delivery. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.
Liability
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endeavor to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers.
In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of your order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
We will always endeavour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
