Online Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of the unworn merchandise within 30 days of the order date. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges.

You will then need to send it to Polly Shoes; 20-22 Bridge Mall, Ballarat, Victoria, 3350. Normal delivery fee applies to re-sent goods.
Please note POLLY retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online.
To return merchandise for a refund, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Faulty Returns Policy
We will refund on a manufacturing fault or replace the item in accordance with the relevant legislation, however we reserve the right to repair or replace where applicable and goods may require assessment. For returns of all faulty items please email the Company for directions on email@example.com
Please do not send without contacting via email, as you may be responsible for costs of return if the item is not deemed faulty.
